Labor Day is to celebrate the achievements of the people who put their shoulders to the wheel, without whom no matter what the vision or mission be, it cannot be attained. The United States observes an annual holiday on Labor Day. It also marks the unofficial end of summer season. It’s a day marked to honor the workers. It is synonymous with International Workers’ Day which is observed in many countries on 1st of May. In the United States and Canada, it is celebrated on the first Monday of September. The first Labor Day was organized by the Central Labor Union of New York in 1882.
